Having a great day I hope! Well, I have been hearing so much about refried beans that I had to make some. Well, yes why not! Oh how I enjoy eating refried beans. I like to snack on it with some fried tortilla chips and some sour cream. Oh dear, getting me hungry, lol. Since I had made some pressure cooker red beans it was easy to do. I was challenged to see what the texture would be. These cook perfectly in a pressure cooker. Ideally you need one to make this recipe properly. I personally use the NuWave Pressure Cooker: Which One Should You Get Your Hands On? Well, that’s up to you. But reading those reviews might help you make your mind up. Oh, you will certainly enjoy this Pressure Cooker Tasty Refried Red Beans so much!
I gathered my onions, garlic and began dicing. I was happy with the flavor of the red beans, just so delicious. I don’t normally use those little red beans but now I am happy I chose that particular beans to eat. I am already tasting the refried beans in my mind. lol. So from this pressure cooker red beans we shall make the refried beans.

Pressure Cooker Tasty Refried Red Beans
Finger-licking Pressure Cooker refried Red Beans. It is so tasty and healthy.
- 2 cups red beans cooked
- 1/2 onions diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Dice onions.
- Add oil to pressure cooker and add onions to saute until clear.
- I manually added 6 minutes.
- When the onions became clear I added the red beans.
- I had a choice of putting in a blender or using the Emmerson hand blender which I used.
- I cancel the minutes remaining that I had to saute the onions..
- I then blended the beans til I was pleased with the results. Sometimes I make it smooth or sometimes not so smooth.
- Oh I tasted the beans and it was so tasty – finger licking.
- Then I add the pot into the pressure cooker to refry the beans.
- It really amazing. The result was just so good.
- I left it for approximately 5 minutes uncovered while stirring around so it does not burn.
- I surely will be doing this more!
- It tasted similar to the canned refried beans only more flavorful and healthy.

Pressure Cooker Fijoles Refritos
2 tasas frijoles rojos cocinados
1/2 cebolla picado
1 cucharada de aciete
sal y pimienta al gusto
Metodo
Añadi aciete a la tartera.
Agrega la cebolla para sofreir hasta claro.
Agregi para 6 minutos
Cuando la cebollas empece a aclarar añadi los frijoles rojos.
Tuve la opción de usar la licuadora o la licuadora de inmersión que usé.
Entonces mezclé los frijoles hasta que estuve satisfecho con los resultados.
Ah, probe los frijoles y esta sabroso – chupe misdedo .
A continuación, añadi el bote en la olla de presión para refreir los frijoles.
Es realmente increÃble que esta tan sabroso. El resultado buenisimo.
Lo dejé durante aproximadamente 5 minutos sin tapar la olla mientras revolviendo para que no se quema.
¡Seguramente haré esto más seguido! SabÃa similar a los frijoles refritos enlatados sólo más sabrosa y saludable.
I had to make something delicious for dinner that evening and I did some mouth watering quesadillas with the refried beans. It was so yummy! When you try making the refried beans, I would be delighted to hear from you regarding the outcome!!! Estupendo!!!
