Direct Energy Regulated Services offers regulated natural gas and electricity to home and business owners in most areas of Alberta.The word “regulated” means that the (AUC) regulates our service and rates. The AUC is a government agency that ensures Alberta's utility retail services and delivery is fair, responsible, and in the public interest.

Depending on where you live, there is only one regulated service provider for each of yourelectricity and gas services.
