Ìý(CEIP) is a new financing program offered by certain municipalities in Alberta, providing you with access to competitive financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades for your home or business, which will help lower your energy bill. Unlike other financing programs, you can repay it through your regular property tax bill and transfer the payments over to the new property owner should you decide to sell.
